Aura is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO, for the 2026-2027 school year.

This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with elementary-aged students and helping them develop behavioral, social, communication, and learning skills in a school environment.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to elementary school students.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a supervising professional.

• Help students develop communication, social, and adaptive living skills.

• Monitor student progress and document behavioral observations.

• Support positive classroom participation and student engagement.

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the supervising clinical team.

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Experience working with children in a school, behavioral health, or similar setting preferred.

• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and maintain accurate documentation.

• Strong communication, patience, and classroom collaboration skills.

• Ability to successfully complete any required school district background checks and clearances.
