We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join an OB/GYN office in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a great opportunity for a Medical Assistant with OB/GYN experience who is looking for a longer-term assignment.

Position Details

• Pay: $24 per hour
• Assignment: 8-9 months, with possibility to extend
• Setting: OB/GYN Office
• Schedule: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
• OB/GYN experience required
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
• Professional and dependable
• Must be able to successfully pass a government background check

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and examinations
• Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical history
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Assist with routine clinical and administrative duties
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Provide professional and compassionate patient care
