Position Details

• Pay: $40 per hour
• Schedule: Evening shift, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Workweek: Rotating schedule, 5 shifts per week
• Setting: Residential facility serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing assessments and support individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with residential staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote residents' safety, dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Follow facility policies and established nursing protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Experience in residential care, long-term care, developmental disabilities, or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of five shifts per week.
• Ability to complete required background checks and facility clearances.
